Lifting hook
The LDC electric single-girder crane consists of a box-section girder welded from steel plates, end girders, an electric hoist, and a traveling mechanism. The lower flange of the girder—made of 16Mn material—serves as the runway rail for the hoist, enabling load lifting.
As a low headroom overhead crane, it is designed to maximize vertical workspace. Based on the lifting system used, it can be classified as either a low headroom hoist crane or a low headroom trolley crane.
Features
The crane features a compact and robust structure, utilizing higher-strength steel throughout. Key components include the girder, end carriages, electric hoist, long-travel mechanism, operator controls (cabin or pendant), and electrical system. Motors are sourced from top-tier Chinese suppliers or other brands per customer requirements. The span can be customized to suit specific site layouts. All metal components undergo shot blasting and medium-frequency quenching to enhance strength, rigidity, and durability.

The electric block, of low headroom structure,can effectively increase the lifting height, so that it is applicable to the places where the workshop is low and the requirement of lifting height is high.
